Orders, Shipping, & Delivery
To meet your needs, 99% of orders placed weekdays (Monday – Friday) by 4:00 pm will ship same day from our shipping centers located across Canada. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and government recognized holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. MyTonerSupply.com charges a $5.99 flat fee for shipping orders under $100, all other orders ship free. All shipments are sent out via one of the following shipment carriers: Fedex, Purolator, and UPS. When available we will update your order with the appropriate shipment tracking information. When accepting delivery from the delivery carrier please inspect the package for any damage that may have occured during the shipping process. If your package has been damaged in shipping please refuse the package so it maybe return to us for inspection.
Pricing, Payment, & Promotions
MyTonerSupply.com strives to offer our customers the most competitive pricing in Canada on all the products that we sell. Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. On occasion we may list prices after ‘Mail-in Rebate’ or ‘Instant Rebate’, instant rebates are applied directly at checkout. If an item has a mail-in rebate applied to it’s pricing, you must pay the amount prior to rebate as well as any and all taxes that apply to the amount before rebate.

All applicable taxes and shipping charge will be added to the online order when processing payment at checkout. MyTonerSupply.com accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

Your privacy and on-line shopping safety are ensured. Any of your personal information is strictly for our internal use only to process your order. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, it is securely passed onto the banks directly, you will not need to worry about our servers being comprimised and your credit information being comprimised. All transactions are protected with a 256-bit encryption. MyTonerSupply.com will not share your personal information with other companies.
Returns & Replacements
Before your purchase of ink or toner, you are advised to conduct proper research to ensure that the ink or toner is the correct model for your printer use. Before returning a shipment to our returns department you must be issued a return authorization number from our returns department. For ink or toner which is not opened and remains sealed in its original packaging, we will accept your return for refund within 30 days from the invoice date. For ink or toner packages which have been opened but the cartrige remains in is sealing & unused, we will accept your return for refund within 14 days from the invoice date. After a return authorization has been issued you have 7 days after a RA number has been issued to you.
